I am a Chicago bankruptcy attorney with experience in thousands of bankruptcy cases. I was born and raised in a strong blue collar background and have lived and worked in Chicago for the last 14 years. I graduated locally from the John Marshall Law School, finishing in the top 15% of my class.

He has been involved in matters in front of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and routinely appears in front of Judges in the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Desai has conducted numerous evidentiary hearings and acted as second-chair on trials in front of Judges in the Bankruptcy Court.
Mr. Desai attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School and DePaul University. While at DePaul University, he received his Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Marketing. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
